YouthBuild CORE-2 is the entry point into a real career in the construction trades for young adults ages 16–24 who are ready to get back on track.
Designed for young people without a high school diploma, this program combines GED preparation with hands-on construction training — and pays you financial incentives while you learn.
Through a full-time cohort experience, participants build construction skills, develop professionally, and receive one-on-one case management support — all while connecting to employers offering competitive starting wages.

YouthBuild CORE-2 — Construction Opportunities in Rural and Urban Environments — blends GED preparation, hands-on construction training, and real-world workforce development. Participants gain the credentials, skills, and professional relationships that open doors to lasting careers in the trades.
