Hood Huggers Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you make a donation via Zeffy, subscribe to our newsletter or email list via MailerLite, submit a volunteer, Get Involved, or contact form on the Site, or apply to or inquire about our programs — including Hood Huggers Academy, YouthBuild, Long-Term Recovery, Referral Services, or Everybody Huddle Up. Information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any additional details you provide in form fields.

When you visit the Site, certain information is also collected automatically, including browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring URLs, IP address (anonymized where possible), and general geographic location. This information is collected through Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve our content and services. This Site also uses Weglot to provide multilingual content; Weglot may collect information about your language preferences and browser settings to deliver translated content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process donations and send receipts and acknowledgments, deliver newsletters and program updates (only with your consent), respond to inquiries and support requests, connect community members with relevant programs and services, improve and maintain the Site's functionality, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Hood Huggers Foundation serves youth through its programs; however, the Site itself is not directed to children under the age of 13.
